Tracy Ho

As an experienced PR practitioner, Tracy has served both public and private sectors, providing counsel on PR & media strategies and conducting media training with senior management. She is also a former video journalist with the Associated Press Television Network (APTN). Tracy works with a wide range of clients, planning and executing PR and media relations initiatives in Asia, including institutional brokers. Tracy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Postgraduate Diploma in Journalism from The University of Hong Kong. She speaks fluent Cantonese, English and Mandarin, as well as basic Spanish. Socially, Tracy likes playing hockey and travelling the world, tasting different cuisines. She also provides fine counsel on where to locate the hidden gems of Hong Kong’s restaurant scene.

Ideal short break in Asia:
Challenge yourself by climbing up one of the five great mountains in China: Tai Shan in the East; Hua Shan in the West; Heng Shan in the South; Heng Shan in the North and Song Shan in the centre. Enjoy a breathtaking scene with peaks and clouds under your feet.

Hidden talent:

Spanish; voice-over and dubbing for films and TV

Nothing is impossible. I have the dare and ability to make things happen.

Be a blogger/traveller, touring around the world to embrace and promote cultural diversity.

Advice to those entering PR
Don’t be afraid of deadlines. Taking one task at a time. A simple thought can spark a dynamic client project, launching multiple projects and deadlines. Being creative is nothing without executing.
